When will I receive my order?
All orders will be processed within 24 - 48 hours (except pre-order items). If your order is entitled for free-shipping, your entire order will be shipped once all items are ready.

Free domestic shipping to any SF stations or EF Lockers.
Orders that has purchased below HKD250/ Food items under HKD400
Freight collect service via SF Express.
Where do I find my nearest SF Station/ EF Locker?
I want to change my address, what should I do?
Let us know as soon as possible! Please note that we will not be able to change the delivery address once we send you a shipping confirmation. For orders that are marked as undeliverable or lost due to address changed/ inaccurate address provided, we will have to charge extra for re-delivery!

What is silver ion?
Silver ions refer to silver atoms from which one or more electrons have been lost, and which exist in an ionic state. They have an oxidizing power and are often used in daily life for disinfection and sterilization.
Do I need to use a filter with the mask?
Short answer - No.
You don’t need to use a filter with our silver ion FIR mask as the mask is produced with 3 engineered layers which provides the following functions - water repellent, antibacterial and with extra comfort.
How do I wash my mask?
Simply washing it by hand and air dry your mask in a cool place will do the job! Washing it in a washing machine or dry cleaning is not recommended.
What about washing my mask for the first use?
We highly recommend you to wash it before your first use!
